Unlock Your Russian provides online, one-to-one Russian language lessons and related digital learning materials (videos, PDFs, audio files).
By booking lessons or purchasing a lesson package, you agree to the terms below.

These terms exist to protect both you and the teacher’s time, and to ensure lessons run smoothly and fairly for everyone.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• Lessons are confirmed only after payment is received.
• If payment is not completed, the requested time slot is not reserved and may be offered to another student.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
• Requests made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• If a student does not attend a lesson without prior notice, the lesson is considered used.

This policy exists because lessons are prepared in advance and time slots are reserved specifically for each student.

4. Refund & Dispute Policy

• Completed lessons are non-refundable.
• Lesson packages are non-refundable once the first lesson has taken place.
• Missed lessons due to late cancellation or no-show are not eligible for refunds.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in the suspension of future bookings.

5. Lesson Packages & Expiration

• Lesson packages must be used within the time frame stated on the website at the time of purchase.
• Unused lessons expire after the stated period and cannot be refunded or extended unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Digital Materials

• Custom materials (videos, PDFs, audios) are provided as part of the learning experience.
• These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:
• Arrive on time for lessons
• Maintain respectful communication
• Ensure a stable internet connection

Repeated disruptions or inappropriate behavior may result in lessons being paused or cancelled without refund.

8. Promotions (If Applicable)

Occasionally, promotions or bonus lessons may be offered.
These are time-limited, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time.

These terms may be updated when necessary.
